Roasted Butternut Squash

- Butternut squash, cubed (can leave skin on if desired, it's where all the nutrients are!)
- Honey
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg

- Preheat oven to 350.
- Toss all ingredients together.
- Place in baking pan
- Bake for 35-40 minutes
