Mango Salsa

2 ½ c. chopped, peeled mango (about 3 mangos)
1/3 c. chopped red onion
¼ c. chopped fresh cilantro
1 ½ Tbsp. minced seeded jalapeno pepper
1 ½ tsp. grated peeled fresh ginger
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
