Pico de Gallo

3 ripe medium tomatoes, diced
1 medium white onion, diced
2 scallions, white and green parts, diced
1 jalapeno, minced
Juice of 2 limes
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 tsp. dried Mexican oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in bowl for at least 1 hour, letting flavors marry.
