1 ½ lb. tiny new potatoes or 5 medium red potatoes
1 Tbsp. butter, cut up
1 Tbsp. Teriyaki sauce
¼ tsp. garlic salt
¼ tsp. Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1 tsp. fresh snipped rosemary (optional)
Wash potatoes; cut into 1 inch pieces.
Place potatoes in 1 ½ qt. microwave safe casserole pan. Add butter, teriyaki, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, black pepper and red pepper. Toss to combine. Cover; microwave on high for 11-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring Twice during cooking. Stir before serving.
Garnish with rosemary and serve with sour cream.
